SHIPPING
The lab is open for processing orders Monday – Thursday. Orders received during this time are processed and shipped same day. Depending on your choice of shipping you should receive your package within 2-5 days.
ORDERING
Ordering can be placed online, or if you do not see a product you are looking for feel free to give us a call at 505-859-3477, or email at sales@artemisiaherbsnm.com. Local pickup is available in Albuquerque, or at the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market on specific Saturdays or Tuesdays by scheduling with us.
RETURNS
At this time we do not offer refunds, however we are always happy to exchange products if they do not meet your needs. Exchanges may happen at the Santa Fe Farmer’s market or at our lab. If you live out of state you will need to pay for shipping on a product exchange.
